Giffords Circus opens new ‘Winter Sauce’ restaurant

This Winter Giffords Circus’s much-loved restaurant “Circus Sauce” is taking up a residency at the newly opened Old Gore Barn near Cirencester.

Serving a set-menu inspired by local and seasonal produce, the team is led by Executive Chef Ols Halas, co-author of the Giffords Circus Cookbook. Expect a dining experience like no other, hearty, joyful food served banquet style on Emma Bridgewater platters and inspired by Giffords Circus.

Winter Sauce launches on Friday, 12th November and will be open on selected evenings serving a five-course banquet of local seasonal gastronomic fayre as well as three-course Sunday lunches.

Winter Sauce is open on selected evenings at 7pm for 7.30pm – £55 per head for adults and £30 per head for children.

Sunday lunches are served at 12.30pm and are £45 per head for adults and £25 per head for children.

Winter Sauce seats a maximum of 100 people on banquet style seating. The restaurant can be booked exclusively for Christmas parties, subject to availability. There is a bar on site managed and run by The Old Gore Barn. Dietary requirements are catered for as long as stated when booking.
