Circus Sauce is Giffords Circus unique, travelling licensed restaurant which opens for dinner in the evening. It has a weekly changing menu of three-courses costing from £50 adults and £30 children.

Dinner is a rustic extravagant inspired three-course feast, served on large Emma Bridgewater serving platters and using local and seasonal ingredients by a team of talented chefs, lead by Circus Sauce Head Chef Eva Maddison.

Dietary requirements
When you book online, you have the choice to select standard, vegetarian, pescatarian or vegan options, plus a ‘comments’ box if you would like to advise our team of anything specific.
If you don’t complete this upon booking, we ask that you email sauce@giffordscircus.com with any changes or additional dietary requirements or questions at least 48 hours before you are due to come to the Circus. Our highly skilled team of chefs are able to accommodate most dietary requirements with plenty of notice. Thank you.
OUR LICENSED BAR
We are delighted to announce that we have a licensed travelling bar and will be serving your favourite wines, beers and ciders from local suppliers in the Circus Sauce restaurant.

Sample Menu
Starter
Cavalo nero, ricotta and crown prince cannelloni.
Main
Venison haunch, Jerusalem artichoke, potato dauphinois, kale and blackberry.
OR
(V) Roast beets and pangratatta.
Dessert
Baked rice pudding and boozy prunes.

Casual food options
In our circus wagons and tents in front of the big top you will find all kinds of delights. In the main tent you will be able to buy cans of water and drinks, sweets, freshly spun pink candyfloss and popcorn. In the café wagon we serve such delicious food such as burgers and hot dogs, also tea and coffee.
*please note that on move day Monday’s (the last Monday/Tuesday at each ground) we have a reduced food offering from the Cafe wagon only.
Circus Sauce Cafe
Our Cafe wagon serves Smashburgers and Hot Dogs along with vegetarian options. We also have a selection of teas and freshly made coffees.
La Cantina
Back for 2026 – La Cantina! Serving a selection of Tacos, Burritos and Nachos.
The Sweetie Tent
Sweet treats , Winstones ice cream and soft drinks along with traditional candy floss and popcorn to make your circus visit complete.
